Ban for team trolling

Why did i even get ban for team trolling? I never trolled anyone, yet for anyone trolling us nobody has done absolutely anything, i even made tickets on them...one got a day ban and the other one absolutely nothing. Maybe wanna explain this to me now?

"absprachen mit gegner" idk what this means but is the translator is right you're probably mentioning that i airpeace? Cause i did it once while someone was in our spawn trying to put c4 on our heli and blow it up so we couldn't play? Why would it even be wrong, what should me and my friends do if nobody helps in the team. We all try to play fair but as you saw in the ticket i made before not everyone does it...i'm not gonna airpeace with anyone if people in our spawn didn't try to troll us all the time on purpose just to not let us play.

I''ll straight be honest, i did it for about 5-10 mins...i didn't think i would bother that much and i'm sorry for it. As i said tho the only reason i would do that is cause of people in our base trolling us and annoying as shown in the other ticket. I'm not gonna do this again, may the ban be changed into temporary in the worst case please?
