Votebanned for aimbot in Sniper Only server

Yesterday, during the evening, I was votebanned for using an aimbot off of #4 WBKS Bolt Sniper Only, however I was not actually cheating. https://bf4db.com/player/1848808782 is my BF4DB profile and you can check to see that I have played for a long time on that server, I am about rank 240 on the server leaderboards. I waited to see if this ban was temporary, however it hasn't worn off so far. So I am asking of you to remove this ban. Thanks.
