BAN PROBLEM

Hello,
I have the nickname CreativnyMefisto, when I try to connect to your WBKS metro servers and others, I get the message:

Disconnected from the game: the administrator kicked you out. Reason given: Linked Accounts: Boogeyman-AK44 (PunkBuster Global Ban) [perm] [judge1967]

I have NEVER had any nickname from the above, for the first time after a long period of time I see a nickname like Boogeyman .. or judge ..,
I am asking you to unban, I have never used any cheats in my life,

* I will mention that on other battlefiled3 servers with PBBans there is no problem, normally I can play, only you have a problem.

You always connect to our server with the same IP, as well as the banned player.
Any explanations about this?
Furthermore, your ban is more than a year, why are you getting your apeal now?

The computer that I had for games was sold, on my bf3 laptop it did not work, now when I have a new computer I can play battlefield 3 (MORE THAN 1Y) again, I still do not understand why I have a ban, after which from the current ip I'm trying to connect there is a new IP with your server. I bought a new bf3 and created a new account and normally I can connect and I don't have a ban .. where is the problem and what should I do to play WBKS again on the old account?
