Why am I banned from your servers?
I get a message "linked account BF4DB banned [perm][G******6]"
I've no idea what this other account is.
I bought this soldier/player account off ebay.

Your account has been used by a cheater in our servers. Therefor we don't unban the account.
Let me give you an advise, NEVER buy accounts used by others. Battlefield 4 has a big black market of stolen accounts, used by cheaters and hackers. After they banned from the big anti cheat programs they sell them. When you buy them it is linked to your ip and you ll forever be marked as cheater.
You are very lucky this is not the case at your account, as it isn't banned by one of of the anti cheat programs. However, as our policy goes we dont unban any accounts that are linked to cheaters, i am sorry.
