possibly banned?

Been playing Battlefield 4 recently; I am only level 40 at the moment.

A couple of nights ago I found out that I couldn't join the "WBKS" Bolt Action Sniper and Pistols Only Server"

It keeps saying lost connection. Doesn't say I'm banned but was wondering whether it was a bug or something.

Would really appreciate some feedback as it's the only server I enjoy playing on BF4.

there was a ban for "Triggered Restricted Area!".

some spots on different maps are glitched so take care please.
