unfounded BAN for Fafrak

Hi, i wanted to play today bf4 but it looks like i got BAN at your server but i don't know why since i never cheated in any games. I like bf4 just for fun and i hate any cheaters. They are human trash.
I understand that there is a proof that this ban in your eyes is right decision but could you take a look at it once again and explain me thole situation? I was playing this server only once and for short amount of time. Seriously - i don't understand whole situation and generally i'm bad in playing. Take a look at my k/d ratio. After playing over 1351 hr i just reached 140 lvl.

Could I ask you to check who and why decided for such a move or to show me a reason for such a Ban?
