accidentally ban

Hello

6 months ago I was playing on a WBKS locker only server on battlefield 4 with some friends. I was using the assault class and I had a M320 LVG as a gadget. On a certain moment I saw a lot a guys in a small area and I instantly took my M320 LVG gadget. I shot the fire tubes and they exploded. By the fire of that explosion I killed 7-8 players in 1 time. Immediately after that I got banned for hacking which has been in place for around 6 months now. I hope someone could unban me.
