Honestly, I do not know why. Thus, could you tell me the reason (and how to file an appeal)?

The previous name I have used for this account is: LetTheRiverIn.

you are banned for a linked account with a global ban.
I think it is the same reason, like your bf4db ban last time.
i will remove the ban, but i cant promise that the autoadmin dont take you out again.
