Hi

Been playing earlier today on [WBKS] Gaming#2 - Metro - NoRules {3000T/NoobMagnet/AllWeapon} and got banned with a stated reason:

"Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: linked Account BANNED BF4DB [1w59m][AbtRS6R]"

However whenever i try to connect any of the WBKS servers the reason is:

"Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: Linked account BF4DB banned [perm][GoodFood2K16]"

So now the question is how can u get perm banned for a linked account without actually having any others accounts ?

There is no possibility that i have a linked account, been playing on this account since a day one, don't have any smurf or troll accounts neither so if u could look it up it would be much appeciated. Thanks

We will proof this, but how I said there where some linked accounts maybe just over the ip.
But anointed account is enough ban reason.

So please wait and give us time to check

We see you only played from 1 IP. we also see several accounts linked to this same IP. ALL of these accounts only connected from 1 IP to our servers. the same as that one of andy. You got any explanation for this?

I think where the problem is.

I just talked with a friend who lives 2km away from me, he use the same internet provider that i do and he has the same IP adress as i do.

I got a fiber internet connection, and its in P2MP (point-to-multipoint technlogy), meaning my internet provider brings one fiber cable to a splitter and then connects many clients to that splitter, everysingle one of them will have the same ip address. There's few ppl who use the same internet provider as i do on my street none of them plays BF4 for sure so the only accounts it can be linked to is my brother account, and my friend account.

Both are inactive and clean on BF4DB. Friend brother played a BF4 for a bit too but it was years ago and i don't even know what he's nick was.

Anyway, there's really nothing else i can do, the technology that my internet provider uses pretty much leave me stuck with this IP address, sometimes even google require me to verify that i'm not a robot cuz it's detect unusual traffic from my network.

Does any of the accounts that your tool detects is banned on BF4DB, or why exactly i got banned ?

I just answere in the last part, yes we ban every account on our server that have a bf4db entrance and the linked accounts too.

You cannot have the same ip as your
Friend, every household and has it's own ip
Address as it's a different connection.
