Unfair ban?

Hello me and my friend Annndyyy was playing on your server [WBKS] Gaming#2 - Metro - NoRules {3000T/NoobMagnet/AllWeapon} and he got banned with this reason Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: linked Account BANNED BF4DB [1w59m][AbtRS6R] but he is clear on BF4DB no linked account's etc. He try join and he got another reason by another admin Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: Linked account BF4DB banned [perm][GoodFood2K16]. So tell me what is going on? Why admins give bans without real reason!
