good day .

i am writing to you coz today i got banned and i done nothing or at least the reason very unknown to me till now
i used to play with my old account (goblin-sharko) for more than 3 years and i got banned also for a very clear unknown reason i appealed my ban and that was their answer as below :

Note #10: but this it unfair ban .... how come i get a global ban without i clear reason....this is so unfair ... how come i got punished for no reason ... u think this is fair... losing 2900 clean hours for 4 years and that is what i get a global ban for nothing i did ... i contacted (ea) and they told me i am not banned on their servers i they don't even got any doubts about me.... yes you have a lot to say about my problem ... i did nothing i never cheated i never used any type of programs like others do ............. i want my appeal or at least give my a clear reason and i promise u i will burn my laptop for ever ... i made my account double secured now ...... i deserve an appeal because i am innocent and i did nothing.

i can assure you that no one ever touched my laptop... i even live alone ... and my laptop secured with high login password.
how could this be possible to be able use my account and someone stole it t least i didn't notice any logout of my origin application.
i swear to god i never leaked my CD key to anybody either or my passwords i am very protective person about these issues.
i can't lose a 4 years of skills and points i collect it coz someone hacked me without i know (((( ... there has to be soething u can help me with plzzzzzzzzzz
please Alex help me to bring me back my account.

Note #6: The supplied GUID has been associated with hacking or interfering with the normal operation of our PunkBuster software and has therefore been compromised resulting in a global ban from PunkBuster enabled game servers. We have no way of knowing who was actually playing with this GUID at the time the violation was triggered. We also have no way to know if the violation was triggered on your specific computer. Our system does not collect personal information and furthermore we have no way to attach a cheat/hack violation to a specific person. This ban will not be lifted as then the person who did trigger the violation would again be able to join PunkBuster Servers using this GUID.

To be clear: we are not saying that you cheated as we have no way to know who triggered the violation. If it is certain that no one playing on your computer ever had a cheat/hack violation triggered by PunkBuster, then your GUID (cdkey and/or game account password) has been stolen by or leaked to someone who has used it on a different computer to trigger the violation. We do not have the means to help you find out who is responsible for compromising your GUID.

Note #2: Hello Goblin-Sharko,

In order to assist you, and find out exactly why you are being kicked, I will need some log information.

Please go to your PB folder (located inside the game installation folder, commonly, C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\PunkBuster\BF4\pb) and look for the “pbcl.log”.

To find that folder, enter:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\PunkBuster\BF4\pb

into the navigation bar in your Windows Explorer, as some folders in this path might be hidden folders. Unless you activated the option to see hidden folders, you will need to enter the correct path directly into the navigation bar.

Open the pbcl.log, then copy and paste the latest lines of the log into a new note in this trouble ticket.

If the pbcl.log does not exist, please create a plain text file "pbcl.cfg" (use a text editor like "Notepad", make sure it has no additional '.txt' extension, it needs to be a .cfg). Open the pbcl.cfg (again something like “Notepad”), copy this text:

pb_logtofile 1

and paste it into the pbcl.cfg. Then save the file and join a PB enabled server. After a few moments, you should have a new “pbcl.log” file in the PB folder.

**** i bought new account and i named it (Goblin-Sharky) also today one of the admin asked me if i am the same guys i answered him yes after that i got banned from the server .... i swear i never cheated or done anything ... and if i done anything please in light me coz i feel i am punished for something i didnt do it

to many players being banned lately, if these PBGlobal bans are legitimate then why do our servers
let them join. I have had battlelog friends banned for this reason and i also know they are 100% clean.

Banning someone for the sake of it and Admins being trigger happy is not the way to go
the ban list is waaaaaaaaaay to big. PB and EB are a waste of time and no help to anyone
again 3rd party programmes, once on them you'll not be removed. It's not right

darsh79n1: im sorry to write this but PB will never lift their ban.
You only have to read in battlefield forums the same replies from this guy named "alex". He isnt helpful so dont waste your time trying to get help.
I even readed about people that got "manual bans", thats because they think pb was bypassed. Even, they created in change.org a letter to EA/PB for review the bans. Perphaps this is your case too, not sure.

But this is not the only problem...
The real problem is that all games in ur account that use pb will be useless after you got a ban in one game, so you lost all games for no reason.

In my opinion, if i had a server, i will removed pb from it. Perphaps sounds like a crazy guy but if servers have active admins, GGC and other stuff i think is enough for difference between legal players and cheaters/hackers. Admins have their tools too for check players as some members of wbks told me very kindly.

I agree with you absolutely! Something has to change! I deleted the ban under "reservation". Judge and Schouks should suffice as guarantors
