My nickname in Battlefield 3 is RedArmyCommissar. I was banned by Judge1967 with the reason “Troll”.
Why? What does it mean?

This is very strange because on the contrary I often swear at other players for the fact that they camp on the base especially if they camp in vehicles thereby blocking them and preventing the team from capturing points. Or on those who park helicopters on the roofs because they want to snipe on the roof and do not think about the other players since helicopters can be captured by enemy team, which often happens.

If you have an opportunity to watch chats, then you can see my numerous calls "Team stop camping/basecamping! Attack! Take the flags!". Or "Playername stop blocking the tank on the base!", "Playername stop parking helicopters on the roofs!", "Playername stop baseraping!" (although on the server [WBKS] Gaming # 2 - MixMode - AllMaps {200% T / FastSpawnFly / Noob} baseraping, if I am not mistaken, is not prohibited) etc .

Also I have conflicts with other players who, in my opinion, cheat (for example iTV). Sometimes I initiate voting to kick or to ban blockers and suspected cheaters because the ban on the server is no more than two days.
In my opinion !votekick and !voteban are designed for this.

For this reason, there may be players who do not like me and who could write a false denunciation on me to cause a nuisance for me.

I've been playing for several years, maybe from the very beginning of BF3, only on the one of your servers [WBKS] Gaming # 2 - MixMode - AllMaps {200% T / FastSpawnFly / Noob} and it's impossible to teamkill on this server, because it's not hardcore server.
(I joined your other servers just may be several times and I even don’t remember when.)


A conflict with the player (if I'm not mistaken his nickname was Voll-Pfosten24), after which I was banned, was that I once killed him with the helicopter on the map Markaz on the base, because he constantly shot from there with Rhino. After that, he began to swear at me that I was a baseraper and threatened me that this was my last day on the server. I explained to him that he constantly stayed at the base and shot from there and there was no need to be smartass. Although the baserape, if I am not mistaken, is not forbidden on the server. I do not remember this rule, because I do not baserape and do not like baseraping players.


But on the other hand, anyone can write about any player all he wants (I mean slander) on the forum and it turns out you ban him. That is very sad.

I consider that I was banned unfairly on false denunciations. I think, if you unban me, I will not initiate the voting any more, so that such false denunciations will not be repeated again.
