Banned from server for zero ping

I have spent almost 570 hours of bf4 gameplay on [WBKS] Gaming#2 - Metro - NoRules {3000T/NoobMagnet/AllWeapon}
But today is was banned from That server because there was an issue in connection i tried 2 to 3 times to fix it by restarting my Games but it did not helped instead i am banned from server for no ping which is temporary issue.
SIR ! I have many friend s playing there and i dont wana loose them and access to wbks Metro.
So please unban me.
I shall be thankful to you for this act of Kindness.

Why do you have 2x the same account? Always makes a questionable impression!
The first of the two accounts had a timeban because of your constantly high ping and you are repeatedly gejoint with it

you was banned for 24 houres because you have no ping the whole time, that was on monday.
so normaly you are unban now.
