My unban on shanghai

When will I get unbanned? or will I not? it says my stats will be checked but theres nothing to check really they are not suspicious at all,
second time I get banned here cos somebody gets angry when I killed him several times,
on metabans a guy wrote a note that im cheating because I killed him few times in round, he does that with a lot of people I don't know why people are allowed to write like this on metabans without any proof
ur shanghai server is my favourite so should I change server or wait for unban?
