Hi All,
I played several times in recent weeks on the Goldmud sever, I played more than 2 hours between 8 and 12 am to help starting the server and it seems there is a bug on the server as the 2 vip days were not added to my credit counter.
I just can see the counter decrease and cannot maintain it anymore (I'll check this morning if it is still the case though). May you have a look please and see if others have had the same issue ?

in the moment you have 10 day's VIP for help starting the server. Sorry but what is your problem?

actually I played this morinng much more than 2 hours between 8 and 12 am and again no vip days added, it has decreased to 9 days; acutally I like to have some days in advance as some weeks I can't play and wouldn't like to lose the vip slot when I come back. I agree its not a big issue for now but it means that there is a bug on the server about this feature.

this morning before playing : 9 days 2hours, after playing 137 minutes : 8 days 23 hours
to be sure I logged out and logged in again and it still says 8 days 23 hours,
the 2 vip days are not added anymore for several weeks at least for my concern,
you can check, I am not trying to get free vip days, I find your system fine and I do play in the morning to populate the server but it is not your interest if its not working anymore,

we change the time from 8:00 - 12:00 to 6:00 - 10:00 one month ago, only the description is wrong... maybe we will change back next day's

ok thanks, I get it now, and I understand better why there is less people in the morning these last weeks, some days the server stays with 2 or 3 players only in the morning, it was not the case a few weeks ago, the average low number was rather around 12, I was wondering why less people now while certain other servers are more populated than before due to upcoming BF2042,

so the description is still wrong, though Elfe told me around 2 weeks ago it would be fixed, but anyways any description would be wrong apparently because I played this morning 2 hours before 6 am up to more than 8:30 am and... nothing, no VIP slot. So I've just been ejected this afternoon of a game to leave the room to a vip. A little bit frustrating.
So if there is no way anymore to get a VIP slot without paying why not telling it clearly please? it would be clearer and fairer. I thought german people liked to define and follow clear rules isn't it?

yesterday you played 1 hour in the morning
