Unban request

Hello! I have got a problem with connecting to the server WBKS #2 in Battlefield 4. Everytime I join this server, I got the following message: "Game disabled: You were excluded by the administrator. Specified reason: Triggered PunkBuster ban detected [perm][banenforcer#2]". I was not banned by PunkBuster and my nickname is not in its database. I can join any other server with active PunkBuster protection without any problems. Several days ago I was able to play on WBKS #2 without any such problem.
