Banned for no reason

Hello,

My ingame BF3 acc is: Dux_1992.

I have a problem, didn't play BF3 since January 2020, and now when i want to join my old favorite servers like #2 WBKS Mix Mode, [JAH] Warriors and some more i can't join. Game starts joining, than it crashes and this message appears on my BF3 battlelog: ''Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'Dux_1992' ... GLOBAL PunkBuster GUID BAN a0ae8ae3''. Also, I have a screenshot of this issue and can send it to you if needed. I can join some other servers on which I didn't play before, but cant join my favorites (all WBKS servers, especially #2 WBKS Mix Mode). Please help me resolve this problem so I can play again on my favorite BF3 servers. I also sent message about this matter to EA Help team and Punk Buster team (in January and April), and they told me that I just need to wait a bit and problem will be solved, which never happened.
Disclamer: I don't use cheats and haven't used them ever before. I have solid 1.75 K/D ratio, and if my memory serves me, I think I got up to 500 best players on your server (you can check stats on my profile).

I would appreciate so much if you could help me remove ban on your server.

the way I see it, you have a "Catched Data Ban".
Have you ever updated your punk buster in the last time?

I have never updated my punk buster, I will try that tonight when I come back home from work.

We'll see if that helps.

I updated my punkbuster but there is still ban message when I try to join your server. Well i will contact punkbuster staff again, thanks Elfe for your help.
