I got a global ban by GUID on my account:
“PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'RedArmyCommissar' ... GLOBAL PunkBuster GUID BAN da6f87a4”
I have never used any cheats or hacks. Just installed English and German voice acting for his game. My original game is in Russian.
I like your server very much and I am very disappointed that I can’t play on WBKS.
Could you please remove this ban?

After the appeal and my explanations, he unbanned only one of the accounts which is now in the PB GUID Ban.
These two accounts are:

(The difference is one and two letters M and S.)

Please unban these two accounts. I really want to play on WBKS.
