Hi there,
I checked the video and the players stats and don't think this player is cheating. His stats look very normall, next to this in the video i see several times where got caught off guard quite easy.
Now understanding the fact that he plays at a hardcore server, where there is no minimap, i can understand why you report him, however if you look for instance at the "weirdest clip" of the video, the 2:35 one, you can clearly hear the player walking under him. I could even hear it with my crappy phone speakers.
With this all combined i would say this player is clean.
