Battlefield 3 server rules

It would be great if you could add a rule "No helicopter hovering". Really often people hover far away in unreachable distance with helicopter. There is almost no way to kill them. This is major problem in maps without jets as jets are pretty much the only thing that could reach them.
Also, remove the rule "No RPG on infantry". No point in forcing rules that nobody follows anyways. It just hurts the players that actually follow the rules while literally everyone else keep spamming RPGs. I don't personally use RPG directly on infantry but I do use it to destroy walls when people are behind them or the walls above them. Does it make me a rule breaker?
