we will take a look at him, but that isnt his first acc, so it is possible that a low level is that good. And with boosts etc it isnt hard to level so fast.

Probably on gametime account, so...i guess it's useless, he will just come back with another game-time account, over and over and over again...

Maybe you could do like other servers (like the EGL servers) that detects VPN connections ?
