BlackKhan27 Trolling again

The same player BlackKhan27 that i made a ticket before for is again trolling our base with c4/crashing into us with other vehicles/blocking spawn, stalking us into our team even if we switch teams (he basically reloads if he cant switch normally until hes in our team), being toxic in chat and abusing votekick.
