Triggered Restricted Area!

Hola,

I spawned on a beacon yesterday and was kicked for "Triggered Restricted Area!". When I tried to rejoin I was given the message - "Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: Triggered Restricted Area! [perm][BanEnforcer#9]"

Also, I'm not sure how someone can place a beacon in a restricted area without being kicked themselves?
