Reason:
Throwing. He stole my LAV while I was repping, then drove it to the other side of the map and kept it there the entire game.

It is clearly visible in the screenshot how he has parked the LAV in a corner of the map, 400 meters away from the MCOMs, inside of the red zone of our first point spawn.

For additional conformation, the players PhatMops(me), swelshie, Scanner1973, MadCashFlow and likely some others were present and saw the incident.
