I have been getting VPN kicked lately, which I do not understand since I do not use a VPN unless I am downloading files. I kindly ask for an unban for my status. I do not recollect any moments I may have logged on with VPN. If I did, I apologize as it was unintentional and probably happened once or twice, if at all. I will gladly take any steps deemed necessary in order to fix this situation. I hope that you will decide favorable in this situation.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Re: Ban Appeal
We Check this and give you informations here
Re: Ban Appeal
i have ban you for 1 week because only Admins can ban permanent after proof. I has check the IP 122.62.34.100 and its in New Zealand, Spark New Zealand Trading Ltd a VPN Provider. The second I check was 176.56.56.191 but here I do a mistake with the numbers. Correctly you use 173.56.56.191 and its MCI Communication Service is USA. Sorry for that mistake.
But you use an VPN before and so the Admins and the Leader/CoLeader need to unban you or not.

Re: Ban Appeal
Oh this must have happened a very long time ago. I know what you are talking about. This is NOT a VPN issue. I have a friend who lives in NZ who was interested in buying BF4 to play with me but he wanted to try it out first. He was using my account to test the game for about a very short period of time then bought the game.
It would make no logical sense for me to connect to a NZ VPN, then connect to a German server. That would cause more lag and my ping would be higher. My ping would be much lower from where I am, NYC.
I am uncertain why someone would check logs from a very long time ago to ban me temporarily, even if I was using a VPN. If you would like, I can ask my friend from New Zealand to record a video checking his IP to show you as proof. He now has his own account so this will not be an issue in the future, even though it's not breaking any server rules.
Also, you did not give full disclosure about Sparks. It is NOT just a VPN company but "a New Zealand telecommunications company providing fixed line telephone services, a mobile network, an internet service provider, and a major ICT provider to NZ businesses (through its Spark Digital division). It has operated as a publicly traded company since 1990." - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spark_New_Zealand.
I am assuming Sparks is his ISP. https://www.spark.co.nz/shop/internet/
I hope this clears things up. I understand something like this doesn't happen often so someone could have mistaken it for a VPN use but it is not.
Again, I will provide a video of the NZ IP to prove I did not use a VPN.
Thank you for taking your time to resolve this matter.

Re: Ban Appeal
Good day.
I was wondering if there are any further updates regarding this matter. I understand admins/leader/co-leaders may be busy.
