And as far as I understand from the video, its a "voteban" still in place which goes directly to metabans.

That system is unfair as you can add any good player to metabans list via voteban ...

Our votebans don't go to Metabans, Bans by members goto Metabans for 1hr if they use Preset procon commands.
Only server Admins can perma Ban.

We are now into october, why leave it until now to ask for Unban?
