Kicked for team balance?

I was on the mixed mode server, and and some guy Jim-KNOPF kicked me from the server '(410 score per minute, kd of 1) for team balance'. I was 26-0. Can you please get an admin that actually KNOWS how to admin. This is the first time I have been kicked from your server just because I killed an admin. The tickets were even on the server and my team only won by 40 tickets.
