Hello... and first, sorry - I don't speak much German so I can only appeal in English.

I was banned from your camp gibraltar server just now for apparently "cheating". I wish to appeal against that decision.

I know I had a high score, however I've played this game for 3 years now, playing in clanbase and ESL for 2 of those years. I've played for Team UK in the ESL nations cup, and my team (Euro-AiM [Eu|AiM] / Gravity Cat [gC@^]) have been very successful for this last year, being at top of ESL 5v5 for 120 days, winning 2 CB cups, etc etc. To play at this level, I must have at least some skill

Also, in this game, I was squad leader and my squad member was reviving me a lot. If you review your battlerecorder files you will see that I did die too this and battlerecorder would show that I don't behave like a cheater.

Anyway, my main point is, I'm no cheater, just somebody who has played so much (and especially clanmod), that this game is quite easy now. There are still many much better players out there.

So, here are some proofs.

I don't mean to come here and cause any trouble, I just hope not to be banned on a server I enjoy playing on And I hope this is enough proof for you. Please let me know if I can do more to help my situation.

I have proof that this is not me I was faked by a hacker called "M.F.A" at this time and he spoofed my name onto the banlist. All ESL 2142 players who know me know this You must know that hackers can do this to clean players right? For example how rhinofferoce was put onto banlist, all the fake "KAIN" entries etc etc.

Also on the very banlink - look at server logs,

same guid as "UKbombard" - if you search my player aliases, I have never used this one. So more proof it is a fake ban

There is a whole thread on this on a forum I used to use. Where M.F.A posted 1min after he spoofed me that I was on banlist. Forum admins took a screenshot of his IP - and it matches the ban. Also, I have a email from the pbbans admins also confirming it is not me. I can show you both of these!! I will find them in the morning when I am less tired, this did happen almost 2 years ago so I need to find it

You can also pm pbbans admin "rodeobob" to check if you don't want to listen to me ^^ but he will also tell you, that is not my GUID on the ban, and never has been.

Uhm, the GUID I always use which is "b9abcd72" (and funnily enough, is the GUID I always have used when playing on my pc) is "clean" according to your screenshots. What you are showing me says I am clean Also, notice none of the aliases for the banned GUID match my real GUID aliases except the fake? The hacker didn't even make the "K" capital on "50K*". Also notice that the ban IP doesn't match at all? If you don't see all this, then you won't get far.

Talk to some 2142 ESL admins, and to mecko/mindre (who are clanbase 2142 admins) - they know this situation already with my fake-ban I'm no cheater, they know this, and the whole 2142 ESL/clanbase community knows this.

Also, talk to pbbans admin, I will be posting a screenshot to show why. They know clearly it is not me It is a fake-ban from 2 years ago, and this is the first you see of it so it is natural that you over-react. But I am, and always have been 100% clean.

Here is a screenshot of a private message I sent to the PBBans ADMIN after my fake-ban came up.

Read his response under my message. He says "it is not your GUID", clearly. If you think I am lying, feel free to message him. Your screenshots are nothing new, you are just some of the last players to hear about this.

You know that hackers can spoof your PID? Can pretend to be you on a server, and if they get banned it shows as your name but not your IP + GUID? That is what has happened here. Search all bans here ( http://www.punksbusted.com/cgi-bin/memb ... e=0&html=1 ) starting with IP 88.108.*.* and you will find a lot for this hacker "M.F.A" who faked me. Here are some of his bans, including "UKbombard" which is an alias on "my banlink".
