Ban appeal from Bf3 server

I was banned today due to a complaint from another server player.
I have a lot of time on your server and I have never broken a rule, especially cheating.
The arguments of the complaining player are completely false.
I understand that you want to take care of yours servers but you can't ban every person who play better than others.

first, we can ban everyone who is better than us, just for information..
but we never ban without reasons.
