Can't join server

Hi!
I dont know if i'm banned or not, but i always get an error when trying to join your BF3 server "- #7 [WBKS] HC CQ Classics 64 - VoteMap {1000T/FastSpawnFly}"

If im not banned, how do i join the server? I know the game works fine, i can join every other game, including games on german servers.
