My account was hacked and scammers used cheats. At the moment I have secured my account and checked my PC for viruses. I myself play honestly and never used cheats.
Unban me please.

In early February 2018, I lost access and refused to play. About two months ago, my old friend invited me to play. I restored access and it turned out that I was blocked on many servers. So we played COOP.
We play for fun and do not chase after results.

I have checked your IP history, i think your story is right. This doesn't changr the fact there has been cheated on the account.

Due to the fact that we look at the account itself and not the person behind it (as this is the owners responsibility) we won't unban.

I am sorry but we don't want to create any discussion/room for cheaters to get unbanned.

About your account:
You should consider yourself very lucky you just got a DPS ban. As often these accounts get banned by punkbuster or other thirth party anti-cheat programs.

Try to lower your dps from the weapon you got banned for and other serverowners might unban you (as an unban on the moment will result in a new dps ban as soon as you join)

Next to this i advice you and everybody who reads this to put the 2 step veryfication on at his EA account. Hacked accounts are a serious issue in Battlefield and can be prevented with this extra security step. You can find this option at your security options of your EA account. The owner of the account is always responsible for his own account.

To summerize all: we wont unban you as the account has been used to cheat. I gave you some tips that could prevent and might minimalize the damage. It's sad you got victem of these hackers, but we have to protect our servers and follow our policies.

If I can lower the DPS on the RPK74M on other servers, will the account be automatically unbanned?

No it wont but it will prevent you getting banned more and make appeals on other servers easier. More i can't do for you.
