Ban Appeal

My Origin account holasoydro/crosscountrydro was recently banned by PunkBuster (https://www.pbbans.com/mbi-view-ban-419948.html) while playing on the [WBKS] Gaming#2 - MixMode - AllMaps {200%T/FastSpawnFly/Noob} Battlefield 3 server this morning. When I attempt to join a Battlefield 3 or 4 game I now receive the message: "Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'holasoydro' (for 1200 minutes) ... PBBans.com enforced a previous MBi Ban for holasoydro. [Admin Decision]." The "Admin Decision" part mentioned relates to the website https://www.evenbalance.com/faq.php that states "The server administrator has placed a local ban on your PunkBuster GUID. You must either resolve this with the server admin or purchase a new CD key/game account." So here I am, admins. I do not cheat, ever. I did perform some actions that were in bad spirit, yes. I did RPG a friendly tank on Karkand (http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/ba ... 773600387/) three to four times near Delta (I think) out of frustration for not having It to myself and my friend for the match. There was another group waiting at its spawn point, same as we were. We had it once, they had it next, and my friend took it when the other squad went out to repair, but we lost it to enemy RPG's. Fine, let the other squad have it, we'll switch teams. So my friend quit and joined the other side and I planned to too, only I wasn't allowed back in. On the previous map in rotation, Operation Riverside(http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/ba ... 773600387/) I wanted to play the Viper with my friend and was unable to, save for one time near the end of the round. Admittedly, my friend was a dick to the gunner that spawned in it and team-killed/destroyed the Viper about three times and also waited for him to get out after asking him in chat. I also attacked the Viper near it's base with the Flanker previously on the map Nebandan Flats (http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/ba ... 773600387/) because it wouldn't leave its base, just sit really high up, hit across the map with zoom optics and basically be untouchable. So I would chase it because it's unfair to the infantry that can't reach with stinger/igla. That's all I can think of for today, and I apologize for my actions. I'll read and abide by the rules next time, I promise. You have a great server with a good community and I looked forward to climbing your leaderboards. If you still want to maintain the ban, please ban me from your server only and not the entire game, Battlefield 4 included. I'm an honest player with nearly 2500 hours online in the Battlefield franchise. I have never and will never use a hack or cheat to give myself an advantage in-game. I've noticed on the page https://www.pbbans.com/mbi-latest50-bf3-lfb41.html that a lot of bans are coming from your server for the same reason, "MULTIHACK #71558" which I do not recognize whatsoever. Literally do not know what that is. I use a pirated Windows 7 license so maybe that did something. Cheers, I guess.
