Banned for no reason

Hi....I cant join the servers and I'm getting instantly kicked out. Could be because of a false BF4DB ban due to a fake report which I appealed and had removed but maybe your system didnt update.

there is never a "no reason" ban...

your bf4db ban is removed so removed it too..

we dont use bf4db, so always the bans have to get removed manuell.
