BF4 Ban

Hi,
Yesterday I decided to play a round of battlefield 4 again but when joining your server I was immediately banned for suspected cheating and received this error message "Mr_Panda_BearMI6 you are BANNED permanent FOR suspect cheating, linked account". I haven't been playing bf4 much as of late and also have never ran cheats or used any 3rd party software so I was surprised when this ban appeared. I have never had any other issues when connecting to your servers before yesterday.
