Server suggestions?

1) !votenuke on #7?
It's not often, but sometimes on Metro, D. Peak, and Bazar, teams are so out of balance that its gets very base-rapey. Perhaps a majority !votenuke is a good idea?
2) Auto-ban for 30minutes after 3 consecutive !votekicks?
!votekick is great, and it works if somebody is hacking really bad and pisses off enough people, but there isn't anything that stops them from coming back - is there a way to "pause" them from joining after successful consecutive votekicks?
