VIP slot not working

purchased a VIP yesterday and it's not activated. When will it be done as I play on your #1 fast spawn server and it's not working?

Your slot will soon be set up, but please give us 2 days, before you open a thread in the forum or Messaging Admins in TS3.

Its been over 48 hours and my VIP slot still hasnt been activated!!! grimreaper1966 I play on #1 fast vehicle spawn, id like what I have paid for. Had VIP slots with others and these have been activated instantly, cant see why this should be any different. Please also do not lock as I cant reply when you answer.

Still not working... How difficult can this be? I type VIP and it tells me Ive a slot and its got 28 days left. I thype !killme and it says guests cannot self kill. WTAF is going on with this server guys? I like the server format but im losing interest due to the issues ongoing and its not getting better.

I wrote to you in Battlelog, we are working on it... "sometimes" we are bussy or working... now its weekend and we are trying to solfe the problem...

and it WORKS, you get's killed by an admin - we do nothing - so what is your problem?!
The MSG "Your role Default Guest cannot use Kill Self" you get, is a MSG from a 2. Tool only for members!

It's intermittent. I log out go back it works. I go out, come back it doesn't. But even when it works I'm getting guest cannot notification. Back to you...

This MSG is normal, it comes from a 2.Tool, but your VIP-Access to !killme work, i see it live!

If you use !Killme you get's killed each time or not?
Every time i see your chat it works!
