problem with joining WBKS servers

hello masters i have a big problem since 1 year or more .. i cant join any wbks server with bf3 .. The alawys error is
(( Error Game disconnected: could not join server )) please i need help ..

Your account isn't banned on the BF3 servers of WBKS, the error message "Error Game disconnected: could not join server" could have multiple reasons, I recommend checking out this link:

Hello masters : i made every steps u told me to access to WBKS servers but its still not working .. i used spf and cmd commands but the problem not solved please can u help me with another method .. more of servers have pings but wbks servers with out of pings !! Help me plz
