Mad kid votekick

Hi,

recently got kicked for Gaming#05 on BF3 for nothing. A mad kid used votekick and that worked. I have a proof of this.
This kid "captaindrugs" used glitch few times on this server (on metro). He's using glitchs and kicking honest player like me. Does not deserve to stay any longer, needs to be banned.
