[Missing] [Ping Enforcer]

Hey!

Whenever I join a server I get automatically kicked after a couple of minutes because of a Ping-problem. It simply reads "Please fix your ping and join us again. [Missing] [PingEnforcer]". I've checker up on the problem and followed various guides to fix the issues of which none worked. I've also read that some Universities block a network-protocol that is essential for the Ping in BF3 properly working. Since I'm living in a Uni-Dorm I figures out that that might be the cause of my issue.

I want to ask, if there is a possibility to somehow whitelist me on your server so that I don't get kicked anymore based on my missing ping. I figured that that would be easier than asking my Uni-Net-Operator to whitelist me in their plugins.
