You have to lower your pistol values or AdKats plugin will continue to ban you. (Just join any official server and play a couple matches with only a pistol that value has to be lowered)

AdKats is a server tool. It has plenty of features. In my case it reads my stats and decides to ban me because they are "impossible-to-reach-without-hacks".
